By purchasing a product and/or program you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated in this document:


PROGRAM / SERVICE

Nurturing Growth agrees to provide the product and/or program identified in the online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the product and/or program. 

NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

Nurturing Growth requires a minimum of 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Should Client cancel with less than 24-hours notice, Client will be charged for the total amount of the session (1-hr session charged at $120.00 USD, 45-minute sessions charged at $75.00 USD.) All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate extenuating circumstances but it is the sole responsibility of Client to manage appointments and show up at the agreed upon times. Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice on more than one occasion may result in termination of services provided to Client by Nurturing Growth.

Should Client fail to show up at the agreed upon date and time, Client will be charged the total amount of the session (1-hr session charged at $120.00 USD, 45-minute sessions charged at $75.00 USD.) If Client No-Shows on more than one occasion, it may result in termination of services provided to Client by Nurturing Growth.

FEES

All fees associated with Nurturing Growth, unless otherwise noted, will be charged in US currency.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales are final.

DISCLAIMER

Client understands that Chivonne Monaghan (herein referred to as "Consultant") and Nurturing Growth, is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands that their participation in a program or with a product will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment. Client understands that the Consultant has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Consultants’ full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of a program and/or product. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
